THE PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL TRAINING
The information on the basis of which compiled this manual, is a scientific and
tested in several experiments. For me the SCIENTIFIC approach and EXPERIENCE are key
criteria for the choice of certain systems and actions. When I started training
naturally, I was convinced that it is extremely difficult to find work natural scheme training,
because most of the schemes from public sources or written by chemists for chemists. I don't
was able to find on the sports sites I need information. I couldn't find answers to those
questions about the physical training that troubled me was:
• -How often to train a muscle group?
• -Fullbody or Split (and what)?
• -What should be the duration of training?
• -What weight and quantity of reps to work approaches?
• -How much rest between sets?
• -What is the volume of exercise (how many exercises and sets)?
• -How much protein, calories, carbs and as they need to absorb?
But this is the basic things without which construction of the training program to become not
possible.
