Slovoed dictionaries can be utilized in two different ways. The first, as a traditional standalone dictionary, includes the ability to translate words in any grammatical form using the Russian Morphology modules. The required dictionary entries can be shown by tapping a word from a search list after entering text into the search field.

Pop-up dictionary translations can also be enabled on Kindle devices that have Slovoed dictionaries installed. Tap a word (touchscreen-enabled devices) or cursor over a word (non-touchscreen devices) in any Kindle document to automatically search for word entries in any grammatical form. Whole entries may be read by switching to the dictionary application.
