Notice how a series of events led you to where you are at today. As an adult you studied hard, worked long hours, and behaved right. However prior to that, you had inspiration and guidance to achieve a better life. This inspiration served as the foundation of the person you grew into.
From my years of experience in the business world, I observed that the most successful people were exposed to business at an early age.
Having these early experiences proved most valuable as adults. They grew up and entered the workforce leagues ahead of their peers in social skills, communication, and business acumen.
We are becoming more of a consumeristic society, now more than ever. Teenagers today are constantly tempted to consume: whether it be cell phones, social media, video games… Sure these outlets are fun, however they yield no long-term benefit.
This issue does not lie within the current generation; the issue is that most business books are either unnecessarily wordy and complex, or are just uninteresting with little value added.
This is the reason I created the “Teenagers Learn Business” book series. Its goal is to present teens an insight into real-life business concepts that is not only informative, but interesting.
There are twelve books in the series; each covers a business-related concept in a fun, understandable, and relatable manner suitable for teens. Topics include real areas of business such as finance, accounting, supply chain, leadership, and more.
I hope you enjoy this series of books, and wish the best in your future career.
